The ramen is pretty good, not explosive-umami good, but still better than most ramen shops I've been to in Charlotte. Although for the price I'd expect a little more meat, an order of ramen only had 1 slice of pork, which was slightly disappointing. The takoyaki was so delicious and paired really well with the ramen. But it's a shame that the actual octapus inside was very chewy and tasted frozen.
