rev:text	Let me start off by saving I am very appreciative of how Brian who is the CEO, called me and rearranged his schedule to squeeze me in last minute. Right off the bat, that is INCREDIBLE customer service and I was able to get in on a Sunday morning when I had called Friday afternoon. So this is how everything works, they bring you this container & park & set it up for you. This for me is also great, I don't have to hassle with driving it myself or having to park or arrange it. Lance delivered it on time and went over all the instructions of what is allowed in the trailer (no firearms, chemicals, etc) and just the normal precautions. They leave it for about a day or two so that you are able to pack & fill at your own pace, which I love because I really hate having a tight stressful deadline. When you're finished, you lock it up and they come pick it up and deliver it to their air conditioned storage! So realistically, in the high level of stress when moving - THE ONLY thing you have to do when using the zippy shell is PACK it. That's awesome! You don't have to pick up, drop off, or deal with business hours. They send you the agreement and even notify you when your shell has been delivered to storage and all through your email. This company was fast, EXTREMELY reliable, and removed so much stress from having to move. If I ever need them again, even for something minor as storage or appliance shopping- I would not hesitate to call them. They were absolutely accommodating and great, can't rave enough about Brian and Lance and Zippy Shell. Great job guys!
