  • Brought my car in for maintenance and brakes checked. Brake light had been on for a few weeks and the brakes had been squeaking for a while. Had a 10:30am appt. and at 12:30pm the rep gives me a ridiculous quote for new tires... Then I asked the service rep about my brakes and he says.. "Oh I didn't even ask the technician yet"!!!!! What in the world do they do back there??? I'm so disgusted with this dealer, I seriously can't come here again. So at 1:15pm he tells me that my brakes can't be replaced because of the blah blah blah.. He didn't even sound convincing - I asked him to send me pictures of the brake pads so I can do my own research. It's has to be a Charlotte thing... Anywhere else you go for service; your car is washed no matter what!!! This place actually asks you if you want it washed... DUUUHHHHHH it's the least you can do for me after making me wait 4 freaking hours for a simple maintenance visit. *************** My car is now in worse shape than when I brought it in. My car slid from side to side on 485. This is never happened before today. Am I crazy to think these technicians didn't put "something" back correctly?? I need to follow up with them. This is absurd!!!
