  • If you're a fan of sweets, you know about Tammie Coe. As a pastry chef myself, I'm always up for trying sweet spots. I've had Tammie Coe cupcakes from Whole Foods but this was my first time actually going to the store. I went in the morning and the case had very little to offer. Only 3 flavors actually. I grabbed the red velvet and coconut and enjoyed it sitting outside. Their red velvet was definitely better than coconut. The cake is moist and frosting is sweet without being overly so. The coconut was okay but lacked the coconut punch I was looking for. My only gripe was the fact that they keep the cupcakes in cooler so it was ice cold! It was like they just took it out of the freezer 5 minutes ago. Well, and the fact that there were only 3 flavors available.
