  • This is the second time I have used their services, in both occasions when Apple Store gave me an appointment in 48 hours, not even listening of what the problem might be. At "you break it, I fix it" , I was greeted cordially , no waiting time, and it took the Technical Support to fix it in 1 minute. By listening , he figure it out immediately. In the future , I will not bother to go to Apple Store when I need a solution.
