  • This has become such a staple for me. Some weeks I'll go to The Sweet Potato everyday, sometimes to pick up some groceries, other times just for a bag of sweet potato chips. It still surprises me just how much stuff they have, from candy, to treats, to nuts and teas to veggies, fruits and meats. It's been open for a few years now and it's still fun for me to visit and look at all the different items they stock. Some things are not on my diet, but many of them are interesting. Their front stall outside of the shop does a good job of tempting me to pick up extra goods too, which I don't mind. The staff are typically pretty friendly, they might have a few hipster cashiers which can smile more and have more of a friendly tone, but most of them are fine. They've done a ton of renovations in the last little while and it's help the store. It's not as crowded anymore, plus the cash register is no longer such a bottleneck.
