  • Horrible beds make for a lousy night sleep. Not one comfortable chair or sitting church in the room. No microwave. Bathroom door has no lock slides open and shut and once slid shut keeps automatically opening again. Very frustrating for privacy in the loo. Bad lighting in room. Lights flicker on and off periodically. Maids service left entire bag of trash handing on our bathroom door to come home to. Valet misplaced car keys. Have to ask for restocking of minibar. All and all a completely overrated hotel that needs to step up to today's standards. Their restaurant service also horrible. Rude waitresses. Bland tasteless food. If you ask for something on side or not at all your meal will still be delivered exactly as they feel like making it. Very limited menu and not at all accommodating.
