This dealership is close to my home so I thought I would give it a try since I received some recall notifications on my one car. I called the first time and asked for the service desk and got an answering machine asking me to leave my number and someone would return my call shortly.......never got a call back.....waited over an hour. I called a second time and got the answering machine again! This is no way to run a service department! I called the general number on the third try and asked to speak with the GM or floor manager....I waited on hold for 5 minutes and the operator said, "Gee, I'm sorry but he doesn't seem to be answering his pages either!". Number one rule of owning a quality dealership......customer service! This dealership is in disarray.
