  • Very friendly service but I feel that the sales person was going to charge me a higher price for jewelry repair because the items were not initially purchased from their store. I wanted to have 2 chains repaired and was quoted $74 for the repair. I decided to get a second opinion from another jewelry store nearby and walked out of that store 10 minutes later with the items repaired for $31. I have had other items repaired at Jared years ago and don't remember them being so pricey.
