  • I went in for regular yearly exam as i was referred by one of the coworkers and she had a good experience with them, my first appointment was cancelled when i was already sitting there for 30 minutes and the front desk staff did not mention anything to me. They had trouble with their computers so after waiting for 30 minutes, front desk told us either we can wait to see if the maintenance person fixes it or reschedule, i chose to reschedule it. On my second appoint with them, the Front desk was okay, they did not greet, i signed myself in and stood there by the window. Once she saw me, asked for my name and told me to sit down. I waited for 1 hr 5 minutes before i was taken inside for vitals and then i waited in another waiting area inside for almost 15-20 minutes before i was seen by the doctor. She was polite, professional and was quick with her assessment. The waiting time is what i think was way too much to be seen for less than 10 minutes by the doctor. And yes, the front desk can be little more lively just for customer service's sake. A little smile goes a long way. They tend to be too busy talking among themselves rather than engage their patient into a small conversation to make them feel more comfortable and welcoming. So, not very impressed with both visits.
