  • The store is beautiful and so are a lot of the pieces. We purchased two shelves which were supposed to take maximum a few weeks to arrive. After 6 weeks I called to follow up. No one called me back but I had to call again to not even get a straight answer. They told me they shipped from California and have to wait for a bigger order. No expected time frame was given even when I asked specifically. After a couple more weeks the shelves arrived. We did a quick inspection and brought them home from the warehouse. In installing them, we found a chip on one side, they came with cheap screws and plugs that didn't work, and they had sticky labels all over them that required nail polish remover to get them off. I'm still waiting for someone to call me back about the chip. Their customer service and quality of product is not what is expected given the store display and prices. Not very impressed and likely won't be shopping here in the future.
