  • You've heard of the "Soup Nazi" on Seinfeld, right?? Well, I give U The SHOE NAZI of "Galaxie Bleu" - My story echoes the other reviewers here. I've never experienced a more rude & arrogant jerk of a sales associate (and I think that he's the owner TOO! ....Ha!) He kinda ruined the beginning of our shopping day, as we went in there smiling and laughing - ready to buy at least 2 pairs of converse sneakers and left immediately when he told us that he could care less about where we were from..... Which came at the end of a bunch of other derogatory comments made towards our direction. I'm trying to figure out how this retail shop even stays in business. So, I've made a story up in my head that he's an old mafioso from NJ who got placed here in Montreal by the Witness Protection Program & forced to sell shoes in a retail store...... Either that or he hates himself & everyone else around him, so he's just a cantankerous ass 100% of his daily life, just naturally.
