  • Called this place on a Sunday and checked to see if they had the parts I needed in stock. Was told they had all but 1 part and the guy even checked to make sure he could get it. Again I was told all would be good to ship out and get to me before the weekend. Nothing shows up all week and I ring them on Friday, parts still sitting in their shop not even shipped. Problem is that they were higher cost than most places and even said "we have the parts is stock" that's why we can charge more. They would not price match "Cyclepartswarehouse" who were 20% less but I paid the extra because they were the only place close to me that had the parts. Cyclepartswarehouse shipped the other hub today with all the extras, I went with them on the other hub because they were cheaper and I wanted to replace both hubs but needed only one to get me out this 3 day weekend. Save the 20% and use CyclePartsWarehouse
