  • This place has great healthy choices at good prices. Much cheaper than Whole Foods! I love their organic selection, much better than your local grocers. The meats are always fresh and love that they have grass fed beef and free range chicken and such. The seafood selection is not that great but the beef selection is good. I like their deli items and bread selection. I also enjoy spending an hour going through their vitamins and such selection! I always end up buying something new and interesting whether it's a new vitamin/mineral, oils, lotions, snacks, wine or food! They also have a great wine selection! And craft beers! The staff are pretty friendly and knowledgeable of their products and the store. I wish they had a better seafood selection and the place could be a little cleaner.
