  • Same owners as Monta that offers more of a spicy kick to ramen. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen medium and it was tame. Noodles felt fresh as well as all the ingredients. Chashu for some reason is a lot better at Monta but the noodles at KoBo are slightly better....wierd how that is. Ordered the kimchi fried rice and that shit tastes as good as Monta's. Dope spot and a good addition to Southwest Vegas...
