| - So, I've been a customer of theirs for 4 years, having my outdoor kegerator serviced 4 times a year. I recently asked them to service my kegerator as part of my quarterly agreement. I was out of town at the time. When I came home, my taps were crooked as I had left them because I had attached my Randall to them. Without checking my lines, I emailed them and asked them if they had actually cleaned them since the taps were still out of line and they said yes. I asked why weren't the taps placed back in the normal position and they said they thought that's how I wanted them, which makes no sense. My response was "I guess. Tnx". Here is Geoff's (the owner's response):
You have been a customer of ours for a while, but you are acting like a jerk.
Since you are questioning my integrity, I will be refunding your pro-rated
service plan cost (minus the cost of the co2 tank we replaced) and let you find
someone else to clean your lines.
Please refrain for visiting our store in the future.

Well, needless to say, I will no longer be asking them to service my kegerators, nor buying kegs or CO2 from them. What kind of customer service is that? Sounds like displaced aggression to me. Either they have a serious attitude problem or they are doing way better than any business I have patronized. Good luck in the future CHP!
Oh he never refunded anything, by the way.
