  • I used VIP Taxi for the first time today, and I was impressed with the service. I took cab 7606 to Phoenix Sky Harbor. The cab was clean and the driver was pleasant and arrived on time. I also thought the rate was very reasonable. I'm sure that customer experiences can vary since it's a large company with many different drivers, but I'll definitely use VIP again. I am also impressed by the owner's responses to the negative reviews where customers didn't have such a great experience. It seems like he really makes an effort to make things right.
