  • Rude and very unprofessional... Where should i start? I went with a friend to see about a car they had listed on craigslist. I had spoken with "mike" over the phone the day before so upon arrival i felt comfortable. This soon changed. Mike comes out while looking at the car..no greeting nothing just a stare.. I inform him that i was the person he spoke with. He rudely asked me if i needed financing or would i be able to pay cash. That shouldve been the warning..he made us feel very uncomfortable and i told him this...he softened a bit so we continued..My intention was to pay cash for the vehicle at first but having little credit i decided to make a larger down payment and just do financing...this upset him. When we asked to take the car for a test drive we were told that we had to be approved for financing first...and that a test drive was out of the question... (Keep in mind the car was a 05 with 190,000 miles on it. Cash price 5900). Another buyer came in and asked about the same car. Mikes partner told him no problem let me get u plates for a test drive. Right in front of us... When we asked why they could test drive and we couldnt mike and his partner screamed at us and said verbatim: I DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH COMPLAINTS IM CALLING THE POLICE GET OUT OF MY OFFICE..shocked we asked for our paperwork back of which he gave us another buyer's app and dl copy...we left. Went to a car place right around the corner and were treated much better. Better deal same truck 60,000 less miles..lower down payment and monthly payments. Be ware of the false reviews.. These guys will treat u like dirt if u question anything they say. Shop around many car places over there. With nicer salesmen and lower miles
