  • (Cheyenne location) Not a very good experience with scheduling. I received from them a reminder thru the mail saying that they received a referral to call them to schedule. So, I called the office to schedule an appointment. I dont remember the name of the person I spoke to bu9t her response was that their office never received a referral . They use a specific system that my doctor doesn't use regarding referrals. One call after another. So much red tape. Long story short . My son finally gets his appointment. I drove across town to be told that they canceled my appointment. I never received a call. Imagine my frustration. I crossed my sons name out and told them "call me when you have it" and walked out. Now Im looking for another doctor.
