  • Alright, from my earlier review I am downgrading this to 1 star and it has the potential to go to 0 stars if that's possible. Will update this after today. First, they didn't get here until almost noon yesterday. They were here until after midnight and would have stayed longer if I would have let them. Oh, they were here to do vinyl flooring and carpet downstairs only. About 1000 sq ft altogether. Didn't even finish the vinyl. Never started the carpet. Supposed to be back Sunday to finish. 2 pm and still not here. They said they will be done by 7. We are throwing them out if not, we have to work in the morning. Called carpets galore and only salesman working so that was worthless. He did manage to tell my wife how they're rated number 1 with the BBB. Thanks, that helps my situation. Got to tell you, they may have carpets galore, but they sure as hell lack on customer service. This will be the last time we deal with this outfit. Should have went to Lowes or Home Depot. Take your chances with this company, maybe you'll have better luck than us.
