  • I needed a part to fix my toilet, so naturally I headed to Home Depot to get the necessary part. There were so many parts, I couldn't find what I was looking for, and I was pressed for time. I saw a worker a couple rows down. He was hard at work, busy stocking. None the less, the gentleman dropped what he was doing and helped me out. Charles was very knowledgable and helpful.
