  • I will start by saying i have no idea how this hotel thinks it can charge what it does for its rooms. My room was basically like a grungy motel. It was meant to be a non-smoking room, yet it reeked of smoke and there was even a cigarette burn in the nightstand. It looks like they haven't updated a thing since the 1970's. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff was really friendly and the meeting facilities were nice. Regardless, the state of the rooms was so horrible that I would never stay here again. I might never stay at a Novotel again period!
