  • Stayed here during a family trip to toronto, I booked this hotel after some extensive research and found really good reviews on tripadvisor and hotel.com for this hotel. After my stay here I have to say I was disappointed and this hotel did not live up to the good review. While the location of this hotel is excellent, the service here really let us down. The valet parking was extremely slow, it took them 15 mins to get our car each time and the people were rude. Front desk was very chaotic. My husband is a hilton honors member, every single hilton chain we have been to, they always greeted us when we checked in, but not this hotel. They did not acknowlege that we were hh members and the front desk girl was extremely rude to us. They do not say good morning or anything when you walk past them in the lobby. The wall between rooms were extremely thin, we could hear our neighbor talking the whole time....This place does not live up to the good review on tripadvisor and I will prob stay at another location next time we go to toronto.
