  • Went for an emergency visit tonight. My dog had an allergic reaction to new medication. Thankfully, the vet tech listened to my concerns and asked the vet if my dog needed to be seen. The vet asked a few questions, looked at my dogs current medications, check over the inflamed area, and just told me to go home and give her benedryl. He stated that it did not look like anything serious. He also informed me to follow up with my vet in the morning, since she's already scheduled to have surgery tomorrow. I'm so thankful that he took the time to look over my dog and not charge me an emergency vet visit fee! Beyond thankful.
