  • I received some treatment for my severe dehydration and they did catch Influenza A UC missed. But missed the boat with a few things that cost me a great deal including - my health - I'll leave it at that. I will say they gave me ibuprofen for a migraine and it turned out I had an active Ulcer! But from other reviews that seems to be their go-to pain med regardless of diagnoses and pain levels. So, in some regards, they made me worse. And I'm keeping it positive here. But I'm grateful for the positives! Shout out to the 3rd Shift Staff and the gluten-free toast! Seriously, I still have no appetite but that GF toast rocked! The personally signed cards I received at home were a nice touch and a first. If only they arrived with more IV fluids - two weeks later I'm still trying to recover from the dehydration and a few things they diagnosed but dismissed. One tech read my CT wrong; make sure you request two for an accurate reading. I got lucky my second doctor caught a few mistakes. And keep an eye on your IV Sticks - "Bubbles" from the Newbies; other Yelpers experienced the same. And there are A LOT of newbies. You have to be your own health advocate; read your labs before you are discharged and get extra copies of all your tests. They close the access portal down before you are well enough to care about it. Oh... I was admitted to the "Observatory Floor" - five days - no real floor? OBSERVATORY- That about sums it up right there. But, what was really weird are these two things: NO Nurse Call Button in the downstairs ER Room - which you WILL need. And... I was admitted on 1October and there were no victims admitted as per staff: I overheard them (door was always left open with really bright lights smh) and verbally told - so fact or they lied. But ... I went in via ambulance late morning - got a room immediately and didn't get moved until well into the 3rd shift. It was me and the same fellow patients that entire time - it was a long walk to the restroom and as I said, no call button. My doctor and I thought that was discerning. Big mistake #2 thinking they would fix what they messed up - they still didn't even have all my correct medical records. Speechless. I didn't want to put my son out to drive the extra few miles - big regret. I Never recovered from the the last nightmare. Just went again.. worse - if possible! AND they were so rude to this elderly couple and mentally unstable man I prayed with. All they wanted were express lane cold symptom InNOut Urgent Care patients. The doctor refused to treat what WAS symptomatic BUT did an ultrasound of my spleen for something I TOLD him was a re-injured rib. He STILL didn't listen and put "unexplained" cause - omg?! The ineptness is scary. Worse, the lack of empathy I heard and witnessed. Forget HIPAA - they complain and gossip so loudly with screen open and lights on. No IV and I went in because I couldn't eat or drink for days - keep in mind they discharged me the first time that way. I made THIS is not medical CARE - it's a business that is scamming off insurance companies at our health and lives' expense. I lost everything due to their ineptness. I advocate for others and did regarding this business. Those poor elderly and special needs man couldn't - I feel speaking out and to insurance companies is a start to scam businesses like these. Bet - no worries regarding their much publicized EO Therapy. They have empty diffusers just chilling there on over next to the hand sanitizer and face masks.
