rev:text	Worst transit card registration process. When you purchase a card at one of their alternate locations such as Shoppers Drug Mart locations, the card is automatically an adult fare. But, no one tells you that you have to go to the Presto office to have it changed to student. Extremely inconvenient. Presto has pocketed a fully load of a card as an adult fare and not a student fare and won't refund me. I don't recall reading online when searching for retailers that only adult fare cards are available at these retailers. But, i could have missed this....maybe Presto should make this more noticeable so it it displayed better online smartphones. When you purchase a new card to register it there is no notice that says do not register the card if you wish to transfer a balance. Sorry Presto, not a mind reader. So now I have to drive to Presto and change an adult card to student fare activated. Download a paper form online and fill it out for a refund. Oh cause we as parents have so much free time on our hands to do these things right? PRESTO card registration is just a money grab as every time you have an issue (like a lost card-which is what kids do sometimes) your on this circus of a process and then just end up losing the $6 registration fee. Why can't a card be set up as a student when registering. If someone wants to screw the system, they will do it regardless of whether they buy the card in person or online. Very, very dissatisfied. Wish we didn't have to use the system as it is not at all user friendly.
