| - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE MANI/PEDIS!
Got my nails done here twice, only because it's 10% off when you pay cash and free shellac removal if you got it done there before.
The first time, the girl was pretty nice and did a pretty good job on my nails which was the whole reason I came back for a second time.
The second time was with a different nail tech and she came off to be a bit rude. First, I asked her very politely how much the shellac manicure was and she gave me a very rude reply of, "Shouldn't you know since you got it done here last time?". Keep in mind that I spoke their language so there was no language barriers.
After that incident, I kept quiet throughout my appointment.
I got white shellac done and after I left, I already realized my right thumb wasn't even done correctly. Thought about not wanting to cause trouble so I didn't bother going back and complaining.
Only after one day, TWO nails' shellac chipped off! I came back to the store the next day to show the boss and she was nice enough to ask a nail tech to fix it.
The whole process of fixing 3 nails was a nightmare. I kept getting passed off from one tech to another, having no idea why since there was no communication whatsoever, even when I spoke their language!
One of the 5 nail techs I was passed off to was the original nail tech who did my nails from the start and she kept saying things as if it was my fault that the shellac chipped off while having the boss beside me examining and telling me that she's good at her job and people always come back to her. I just wanted to get my nail fixed and get out of there. After she finished, the 3 nails that she fixed was not even white and turned yellow. The nail tech started whining and just walked away without telling me what's happened!
The nail techs and the boss were whispering at the front, completely ignoring me and not bothering to tell me what's going on. 5 mins of awkward waiting and just sitting there later, another nail tech came and she was already really rude right off the bat. She kept pulling on my hand way to hard and redid my entire 3 yellow nails again, not wanting to talk to me at all and just glared at me.
The whole fixing process took almost an hour and a half and after she was done, she just walked away and left me at the desk! The entire team didn't even bother saying anything to me even though I tried to be as polite as possible going in there.
Never going back there again. If they were nice and polite about the fixing process, I would've became a regular.
TLDR: Got nails done there, rude nail tech, chipped after one day, went back to fix the chipped nails and had to go through 5 different nail techs with no communication on what's happening, overall very rude nail techs and horrible customer service.
