I don't really believe that they set out to take advantage of people but that's how it appears & that's certainly what ends up happening if one isn't careful. I've had several problems with them billing my card multiple times & been billed for something other than what I've agreed to. When I've tried to resolve the issue with the people at the gym ( who incidently were the same people that set up my contract & took my credit card for payment ) I've been put on endless hold with no answer. Then after I've called back several time & finally reached someone I've been told that "corporate" handles billing issues. Trouble is they can't or won't tell you the corporate phone # & then once you finally get the corporate phone # you'll reach a recorded voice mail that requires an extension # to by pass. So then you have to repeat the process with the gym, endless holds, being told "I don't know the extensions, my manager might but he's on break, not here, at lunch, busy"... Once you finally get a hold of the person at corporate that can help you you're so totally frustrated with their company & feel so taken advantage of it's all you can do to keep from screaming at them... so Michelle @ corporate I'm sorry I yelled at you; hopefully the powers that be will read this review & train the staff at the gym properly so things are done right the first time.
