  • I've only been to this place twice and I haven't been too impressed either time. They get two stars because of the food, ambiance and the occasional good customer service. The first time I went there were only like 5 people dining/drinking there yet the waitress still messed up when charging my card. She had to void it and it was fine after that but still.. The second time, I actually went for my birthday because I have a lot of friends who wanted to go there and I wanted to give them another chance. Well, that is the last time I'll go there. The waitress we had was good but that's about the only part of the night that was. Half of us went to play life size jenga and hang out outside. That was going fine until some idiot came over and literally kicked our game down because his friends dared him to. He was kicked out not long after. Then as our table was being cleared off, someone stole one of my birthday cards with a gift card inside. My friends and I brought it up to some staff and they were "checking on it" but never came back. Not impressed, PKWY Tavern.
