  • I went in to get a set removed, and planned on getting a full set. After waiting 20 minutes she set me up to soak off old set. An hour later, (during this time several other customers came in and were serviced) I asked her how much longer it would be. She looked at my nails and told me I needed to soak another 10 minutes. Then she rushed off to service a customer who had been waiting so long for her pedicure that the water had gotten cold. She also came in after me. I've been getting my nails done for the last 20 years. It has never taken so long to have a set removed. I waited 15 minutes longer, before I asked her to file off the residual acrylic as I was ready to go. I will not return as the customer service I observed during my extended soak was less than satisfactory.
