  • I can't put my...finger on it (sorry) but, I've been here twice now and have had two bad experiences. My first visit was to get my gel polish taken off, and I made an apt. When I got there the gentleman kept saying I didn't say it was gel...on the phone I said gel numerous times, because I know it's a different process than normal polish, he also quoted me the gel removal. The worst part was that he kept arguing with me in front of customers and staff. Second visit, I made an apt for a normal manicure during lunch, and my manicure took over an hour because the manicurist repeatedly took waxing clients while I was in her chair, and my manicure wasn't good, it wasn't what you would normally expect, and for taking over an hour it was low quality and no effort. I'm going to give this place one last try because of some of the other reviews, but I'm not impressed at all.
