  • I had the worst Customer experience at this furniture store. I had placed an order in store for furniture items that I had picked, and paid a substantial deposit for them too. Three weeks after the order was placed, the owner called to tell me that he did not have the items that I picked and was willing to give me items that were available at the time. These new items were one step down from the original ones that I had picked! So basically, not only was I NOT getting the products I had picked, I had been cheated to pay the same for items that cost the owner less. Not only was I not getting what I ordered, it seemed liked I had no choice! He contacted me 3 weeks after the order was placed! Long story short - I felt cheated out, put in an uncomfortable position and lost money on this purchase from this man. I have made a point to not go to this store again and will share my incident with other friends in GTA to make sure that they don't go there either. I paid more for less... and got hung up on the phone as well ... bad customer service, zero sincere respect and an unethical man who just wants to make money.
