  • Line was very long on a Saturday evening, with only 1 worker. I ordered a single scoop of white chocolate macadamia nut in a sugar cone. The lady scooped the ice cream onto the cone, then plopped a cup on top (I didn't ask for a cup), then handed the ice cream to me. After the transfer, I immediately knew why she put a cup on it. The ice cream was all melty and was already running down my hand. I don't know why she didn't flip it over first, then hand me the cup instead. Or what I would have really appreciated, was if she told me it was melty and offered me something else (unless all of the ice cream was melty, which is probably the case). I still should have been informed so that I could make a more calculated decision. I like eating my ice cream form a cone, not drinking it out of a cup.... Anyway, the ice cream wasn't bad, although I got something with macadamia nuts, per many yelp suggestions. The macadamia nuts were very soggy and disgusting.This was overall a pretty bad experience, but when its 100F outside and you're hankering for an ice cream, this is probably your only bet around here.
