  • Called in an order for pick up and for the second time in just a few weeks was disappointed. Last time my order sat, and I sat, and it took longer than needed for us to find each other and for me to be on my way. This time? I ordered the 20 oz ribeye. Picked it up. The steak, though thick cut, had none of the marbling associated with ribeye, was a far former cut than ribeye and appeared to be the sirloin. Took it back and rather than making me happy was told how the steak was just fine. If I am not happy with it, it is not fine. There was no effort of any kind to make me happy, even to make sure I come back again. I cook my own ribeye and the steak I was given did not seem to be what I ordered.
