  • So far I am loving this alarm system! The day I moved in, I was approached by Carl and James. Since I was moving in, I was fairly busy, but Carl and James were very patient and not pushy. I am glad they came by because I wanted a system set up right away. They were able to install 3 days later (today) so now I am able to sleep peacefully knowing I'm protected. Dylan did a fantastic job with the installation and showed me how to work everything. I love that this system uses cellular and not wifi, but I'm still able to arm the house from my phone and even control the thermostat! I didn't get the full package with the cameras, but that is an option as well. This system is more pricey than say Simplisafe, but for me, it is worth it with the extra features. It does require a 3 year contract, which was a downside for me, and possibly renters, but I'm hoping that they will consider changing that in the future. In conclusion, I'm a happy customer
