  • Is it just me or do all the workers here have a stick up there, you know? The last couple times I have been in the workers took about 10 minutes to finally come up and help my fiance and I out. Not even a hi. They just come up after 10 minutes of us standing there with a "Uhh.. hello?" look on our faces. The gelato is good, don't get me wrong. But I do enjoy customer service, and I really believe this location has none. So sad, I love the location on 40th St & Greenway, but this location is way too snooty. So no thanks Gelato, I will be getting my cold dessert fix elsewhere from now on.
