Lived here for two years. Good news: location is in the heart of a lot of good restaurants. Close to a large park/dog park. And...that's it for the good. Bad news: Expensive! Me and my wife lived here as a start up place and rent went up every year more then a $100 by the time we left. And we lived in about 700sq/ft closet. We were fortunate enough to not have noisy neighbors but just walking around the complex there were some pretty loud ones. If you don't like walking around and smelling weed where you live then this is also not the place for you. Lower level apartments were broken in to while we lived there. Homeless people could easily walk in and out of the complex. They had rent a cops but most of the time you saw them sitting down and listening to music. TRAFFIC not just because it was down town area, but lots of events and parades went right through 7th and Indian, took me 2hrs to get home of the 4th of July. Dirty, hallways were always filthy. Tenants constantly leaving trash by there doors for days/weeks. We had no problem with maintenance if we had to call but a lot of the appliances and overall apartments are old so we lucked out. Before we left a lot of tenants were moving out, maybe from the prices being pushed up, or maybe it was from the cockroaches I was noticing.
