  • Industry is a really unique place in Lawrenceville, known for its wide variety of available whiskey's. I have been on multiple occasions for both drinks and food and have been pleased each time. The space itself is quite large, but it fills up quickly in the evenings and especially on weekends. Recently, we went to celebrate my birthday and had to leave as the wait to be seated for dinner was over one hour at 7pm. Not ideal, but understandable. For a night out, the bar can become very crowded very quickly and it can be difficult to find seating. The food is excellent and their apps are filling. Nachos are the way to go for something that pleases everyone. I visited for lunch as well and was not disappointed in their Bloody Mary's! The drink selection is unique and not your typical mixed beverage. It can be a bit pricey but worth it to try a few of them.
