  • I had heard such good things about this native Asheville restaurant. And moving into the great space formerly occupied by Pewter Rose gave me even more hope. Sorry Van Morrison Tupelo Honey is not "an angel of the first degree"! . The food was bland and the service was slower than grass growing on a Southern summer day! There are too many other really good Southern restaurants in and around Charlotte to find your way here.
