rev:text	If I could give worse i would! I ordered a fruit set, ballon, and a teddy bear for My mom on Mother's Day which ended up falling on the same day as her birthday. Well these people couldn't have made it any worse. They forgot the teddy bear which was the whole point of the surprise and when I called to ask what happened the lady said "its hectic in here, what do you want us to do?" I said you can have it delivered but you guys ruined the whole surprise bc all of the gift wasn't there. She said "sorry, either we deliver it or you can get a refund it. Nothing else." I was appalled on how they don't compasaste on THEIR MISTAKE. My mom ended up waiting for this teddy bear which made her not make it on time for her reservation at her favorite restaurant. It was a cause and effect situation Thanks edible arrangement for making my mom feel sooooo special on Mother's Day. Now my mom is hungry and we're waiting for a table and the wait is a hour in a half.
