I've been here a couple times for Marlie's games. For that use, it serves it's purpose, as it's a rather small arena. There's no reason to buy expensive seats unless you're a crazy fan, the very top row still has a great view...this place is not big. A TIP: If it's not full, just move down...no one has said anything twice now.
The food and drink selection here is pretty bad. The one shining spot is a Smoke's Poutinerie, which serves what is quite tasty poutine and quite high prices. You might need a drink first before contemplating the beer prices....a small (tiny) is $9 all the way up to a "large" which is $14...yowza. They're served with a sippy-cup style lid that prevents spillage.
Everything was previously cash-only, they seem to have recently gotten better about accepting cards many places around the venue. Washrooms are busy but manageable, and the place is rather clean.
I would quite hesitate to attend any sort of concert here as the TV's and sound system are of poor quality.
