| - I have been a patient of Dr. Berelowitz for over 2 years. i am happy with the doctor, but, unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the office. Nikki from billing department was absolutely horrible! I tried to explain why I was confused with the bill I was receiving from them, and she kept interrupting me, and not event trying to listen to my story. When I told her that I was upset that she would not even listen to me, and tried to tell her why I thought the bill was wrong, she totally lost her temper and started yelling at me :"I've been doing it for 20 years , I don't like when customers are telling me how to do my job". I don't care how long she's been doing her job, she, definitely, lacks good customer service skills. If she gets offended easily, then, maybe, this job is not right for her, but she did not have the right to yell at me only because I told her my opinion on the reason why I thought the bill could have been wrong. It was a TERRIBLE experience! She kept telling "you need to call your insurance..", but if she gave me a chance to speak without interrupting me, I was going to tell her that I did speak to my insurance already 2 months ago about this particular bill. Nikki is terrible with customers. It's a shame, because I do like the doctor.
