I travel frequently all over the US and Europe and this is hands-down the best hotel I've stayed at. It offers distinctive 5-star services and amenities. I got this hotel via Priceline "Name Your Price" bidding by selecting a northeast strip 5-star hotel with a $99 bid the night before my stay in February on Valentines Day weekend. On top of the $99 winning bid, the resort does charge a resort fee that has become standard in Vegas. I highly recommend the golf course view if you are given the choice since I don't think the strip up there is all that interesting to see.
The lobby and buffet (which was waaaay better than Cosmopolitan Hotel's Wicked Spoon BTW) was well-decorated and the room I had was well-appointed with full automation, Molton Brown toiletries and a tv in the bathroom which was great to watch while soaking in the huge tub.
