Extremely disappointed in Richardson's and the Rokerij. We stopped in today for lunch and asked for a table. There were at least 4 open tables, the larger tables, but still they were open. The bartender and then the hostess were only willing to seat us at the bar since we were a party of two. We were looking for a sit down lunch in which we planned to eat and enjoy several drinks.
We walked out after realizing the staff had no desire to accommodate us or concern for losing a customer. We decided to go down to the Rokerij to see if the attitude was different there. It was complete empty yet all the tables said reserved. We asked the bartender if we could sit at a table. He had to excuse himself to go upstairs to ask permission. That was enough for us. There are too many good places to eat in Phoenix.
Oh by the way, until today we were loyal regulars to all three Richardson's restaurants.
