  • I have tried hard to give them my business, it seems they think mailing stuff is some kind of huge science, everyone that works there says they have to get David to help, he is full of rules and regulations as to why you have to send it a more expensive way (even when every other place just ships the same as is). It appeared when he (David) took the place over years ago he was going to change the reputation of the place, that lasted a minute, they are back to the old way of treating people like they are dumb. Customer service is how businesses grow, this place has little to no customer service at all If you wish to be taken advantage of then this is the place to go. Im done with them forever!
