  • The only reason I rent from this enterprise, it's near my body-shop. When u enter the parking lot you see a 13 yr. old Lexus without tags and with one flat tire. When you walk in the building it appers as if someone is trying to remodel but, forgot to. Then the customer service leaves much to be desired. It seems to me that there is no urgency. In the end, they gave me a clean car but, that is the only positive.
