  • Applied here 4 months ago and was approved. I payed $100 for the application fee and was told by Brenda she "waived" the $50 credit fee as a courtesy. However, after doing some more searching I decided to move in elsewhere knowing I would loose the $100. 3 months later I receive a collection notice for $50 from Sky Water. I could not believe it, I for once have never been to collections and now I get this notice for a mere $50. I am now disputing this charge and have a stain on my credit because of how unprofessional and deceiving the staff is. I would not recommend signing anything here without reading all the fine print, do not trust what they say. I was naive in trusting a leasing agent. My advice, stay away from this overpriced place.
