if i had to make a bed out of any dish in the world (so that when i got hungry in the middle of the night i could just turn over on my face and nibble satisfying little bites of tantalizing wonder) I would choose the Green Chile Pork Skillet.
First off, when a dish comes w a side of grilled bread- i already would bet my future children on it
Second off, the Aloha Rice can't be legal. It is too magical. if i could, i would wear it as sunscreen and its endearing taste would protect me from the UV rays
Third off, all the elements party so well together. Sweet from the rice, sour from the pickled onion, salty from the cotija, meaty from the pork, a lil heat from the chile. CLICK CLACK POW, POW POW POW POW POW
Fourth off (i am veering to topics beyond the sacred nirvana that is the Green Chile Pork Skillet) there are wooden benches galore in this place. i love wooden furniture. vibes for days
Fifth off, not sure if it is still on tap but they had a smoke beer there that i drank with my mouth in between chewing the food with my mouth and it was slappin
