This is a place that you must check out if you are in the area. The ice cream is made with fresh ingredients and you get to choose everything, right down to the type of cream. Even the waffle bowl is made from a fresh made waffle, hot off of the griddle. All the ingredients go into the mixer bowl, which is then introduced to liquid nitrogen! This cold, -321°F liquid almost intently freezes the cream and creates an extremely smooth ice cream. The whole process is even fun to watch because the white fog of the nitrogen sinks over the counter and onto your feet. The ice cream is so smooth because the instant freezing process keeps the milk molecules small, resulting in a very smooth mouth-feel as you eat. I recommend NOT getting a cereal or candy flavor of ice cream, but rather get those as a topping. Getting a cereal or candy flavor, or mix-in, causes you to miss out on knowing how smooth this ice cream really is.
