  • Noticed a gas leak today. The gas company was able to come out and repair the pipe that leaked. After the leak was fixed our gas stove would not light. Called Bash around 4, said they would contact us shortly. After the technician called, we discussed what was wrong and what needed to be done, they said they would be out shortly. Technician called back shortly after 6 saying supervisors wouldn't let him work on gas stoves. Would appreciate all technicians knowing what they are allowed to work on before they make promises.
